Rao Saheb Bandla Bapaiah Setty
The Bandla Bapaiah Educational Institutions (Famously known as BBH) have a glorious history for the past 100 years. The donor, Rao Saheb Bandla Bapaiah Setty Garu founded the Educational Institution named Bandla Bapaiah Hindu Middle School, Vetapalem on 4.11.1921.
Vetapalem is a village in the coastal area of the Prakasam district. In this village handloom weavers, fishermen, agricultural and other workers are living in large numbers. The Bandla Bapaiah Educational Institutions have earned a good name and fame at the District as well as State levels.
It is gratifying to state that some of the students who studied in this institution have occupied great positions in the country as well as abroad.

BBH Highschool
RAO SAHEB LATE BANDLA BAPAIAH SETTY GARU established in 1921 “BANDLA BAPAIAH HINDU MIDDLE SCHOOL”. He provided 5 acres of land, a permanent building and also made it stable financially on its own. The prediction of the elders in those days are highly enlightening point to be noted for the future generations. During his lifetime the founder “RAO SAHEB LATE BANDLA BAPAIAH SETTY GARU” might have never predicted that the seedling which he planted grows into a huge ever green tree imparting education to one and all of this area.
BBH Junior College
The Junior College was established in 1969. It is now offering M.P.C., BI.P.C., C.E.C. and H.E.C. The management appointed efficient teaching staff and also provided adequate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology subjects with necessary equipment for conducting practicals, District Science Fair was also conducted in the college very successfully and participating every year. Junior College Students are participating not only in the District and Central Zones but also in State and National Level Competitions
BBH Degree College
The Junior College progressed by leaps and bounds and thereby paved the way for starting of Degree College in 1981. We are currently providing B.A, B.Com, B.Sc & B.C.A. The college has a spacious library with 7000+ books and a large playground. Many students have achieved great results at the University level in multiple years. The college obtained permanent affiliation from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 1991. It was recognized under 2F, 12B act of UGC in the year 1992.

Gollapudi Satram
Sri Gollapudi Radha Krishna’s Free Midday Meals Hostel was started in 1933 for helping the Poor Students coming from nearby villages and returning home in the same night.
NCC Program
There has been N.C.C unit in our educational institution for a long time for both boys and girls. In N.C.C. our students were selected as best cadets and thereby they received many awards and rewards.
Activities & Sports
BBH has achieved great recognition in sports for many years and counting. For decades, the students of BBH have been winning individual and all-round championships in zonal, district and state-level competitions.
Recent Developments
We have established Agastya Science Centre on 28 Feb 2020 to teach science through experiments with several Teaching Learning Materials and models. This was supplied by Agastya International Foundation, Kuppam/ Bangalore. This facility is also accessible to nearby primary schools and High Schools.
Future Developments
BBH is heading towards digitalization and catching up with the rest of the world. Although, there have been a few modern developments in the institutions, we are looking forward to make the new technology accessible to the students of BBH. We need your support to move forward.
Centenary Block Construction
Alumni Centenary Bhavan which will have a library, seminary hall and centres of excellence for learning science and mathematics.
Interactive Digital Class Rooms Development
Modern classrooms require modern facilities. Post Covid-19 thought us many lessons. There are many great advancements in virtual educational systems. We would like to bring modern advancements to BBH with Interactive Digital Classrooms where the students can learn while interacting with people around the world.
Renovations and Developments
(a) NEW CLASSROOMS: A new building with 3 classrooms with furniture and digital equipment with a provision to construct 3 more classrooms on the first floor at a later stage.
(b) ENGLISH LANGUAGE LAB: To establish English language lab for high school and junior college.
(c) AGASTYA INNOVATION HUB: To establish Agastya Innovation Hub, Electronics Laboratory for high school students by Agastya International Foundation.
(d) MINI BUS: We propose to procure a mini bus for travel of students from far off places as we expect more students to join in future.
