FUTURE PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT

  • Future Plans for Empowerment of Women:
  1. Establish training for driving 2 and 3 wheelers by professional trainers.
  2. Provide coaching for rural sports and coaching for joining defense forces as officers.
  3. Provide training regarding early childhood education for proper brain development.
  4. Provide STEM education
  5. Goshala, organic farming and herbal garden for community immunity through empowerment of girl students.
  6. Training in Archery for women
    • Commencing Bi.P.C. group in Intermediate level:

    We plan to start Bi.P.C. group from the academic year 2026-27 to help students for their further studies in Agricultural sciences, veterinary sciences, medical sciences and nursing services etc. we already have botany and zoology labs for intermediate students. We will also start smart class based labs particularly for anatomy and physiology by providing suitable software.

    • JEE Preparation: We are looking to partner with top institutions to help selected students prepare well for the JEE exam.
    • Dining Hall: We seek CSR funds to build a clean, well-furnished dining hall.
    • Robotics Lab: We aim to set up a robotics lab for students to build robots, practice 3D printing.
    • School Bus and Vans: As the strength of students has been increasing every year, we plan to buy a 30-seater bus.
    • CA Foundation Program: We intend to organize CA Foundation Program for our Intermediate students with CEC group by partnering with a reputed Institution from Chennai.
    • Organic Farming: To give exposure to students on organic farming using

    vermin compost prepared from cow dung (indigenous cow- Gir cow) slurry and

    organic waste, biogas plant and its gas for chemistry lab, development of

    organic vegetables from indigenous seeds.

    • NCC: We are planning to enhance our NCC facilities such as obstacle course, shooting range, tent pitching practice facilities etc.

     PLANS TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF NEW EDUCATION POLICY 2020 (NEP2020)

     The government of India made NEP 2020 to see that the student has opportunities to activity-based learning, skill development, wellness (yoga), games NCC and grow with good human values. Our plans to meet these requirements are: –

    a) To establish clay craft, wood craft and handloom centers.
    b) To encourage students to development maintain organic gardening.
    c) To arrange yoga training classes for development of physical, mental health and spirituality.

     FACULTY WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT

    we plan to enhance salaries and introduce reward systems for our unaided teachers. We shall plan for continual training of faculty including computer literacy. We also plan to improve existing Faculty rooms with better furniture and individual computers.

    INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT:

     (a) AGASTYA INNOVATION HUB: To establish Agastya Innovation Hub, Electronics Laboratory for high school students by Agastya International Foundation.
    (b) School BUS: We propose to procure a mini bus for travel of students from far off places as we expect more students to join in future.

    COLLABORATION WITH OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

     There are alternative learning systems like Agastya Foundation, Pratham Foundation, Aruna Archery Academy, My Career Point, Chennai for CA foundation,  who expressed their willingness to collaborate with us. Our students and faculty will benefit immensely with this type of collaborations.

    TRAINING TO JOIN ARMED FORCES

     Government of India changed certain rules and with these changes, girls has opportunity to join National Defence Academy, Pune as cadets to become officers later. We plan to make a small beginning by providing training facilities in the future.

    Similarly, boys with MPC group in Intermediate has opportunities to join as cadets in the Defence Engineering colleges with monthly stipend, free food, accommodation and medical facilities, free Engineering education.
